Microsoft has released a product called "Desktops" which allows you to organize 4 applications on 4 virtual desktops at the same time. After you configure hotkeys for switching desktops, you can create and switch desktops either by clicking on the tray icon to open a desktop preview and switching window, or by using the hotkeys.remember this is completely free version from microsoft
